Cancellation Policy

Golden Moon Studios reserves the right to cancel a summer camp for any reason. Due to the significant preparation, staffing and supplies needed for these events and that a registration may have prevented another child from participating, all canceled registrations less than 14 days notice prior to the start of the scheduled event and any no-show of any kind are not eligible for a credit for another event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the studio at least 30 days prior to the camp start date. “No shows” or cancellation requests with less than 30-day notice are not eligible for refunds. Cancellation Time Frames: -Full refund with processing fee of $25: If a cancellation notice is given by 30 days before the camp start date. -Half Refund OR Free to Move another week: If a cancellation notice is given less than 30 days before and more than 14 days before camp start date. We can move your child(ren) to different summer camp week (if there is space available) with processing fee $25 or you can claim half refund with processing fee of $25. -No refund if a cancellation notice is given by less than 14 days before camp start date.
